The present invention relates to a device to measure a slime thickness of a drilled hole, and to a method of measuring the slime thickness using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device to measure the slime thickness of the drilled hole comprises: a plurality of first expansion and shrinkage means capable of being expanded or shrunken in a horizontal direction, having ends connected with each other; a first driving unit to expand or shrink the first expansion and shrinkage means; a second expansion and shrinkage means connected with the first expansion and shrinkage means, capable of being expanded or shrunk in a vertical direction; a second driving unit to expand or shrink the second expansion and shrinkage means; a cylindrical measurement pipe connected with the other end of the second expansion and shrinkage means having an open bottom end; and an internal plate capable of being moved in a vertical direction by an external force in the measurement pipe. The first driving unit expands the first expansion and shrinkage means; thereby the other ends of the first expansion and shrinkage means come in contact and is fixated to a drilled surface of a drilled hole. The second driving unit has the first expansion and shrinkage means fixated thereto, and expands the second expansion and shrinkage means to make the bottom end of the measurement pipe come in contact with the bottom surface of the drilled hole. By receiving the external force from slime fed to the measurement pipe, the internal plate is vertically moved from the bottom end of the measurement pipe to as much as the thickness of the slime, thus the thickness of the slime being able to be measured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
