The present invention relates to a prestressed concrete (PC) lower flange-steel web composite beam capable of receiving camber, capable of receiving camber and welding a steel web in an abdominal part when the camber occurs due to prestress applied to a PC lower flange in a composite beam which has a lower flange made of PC and has the web of a member made of two steel plates, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the composite beam comprises: a PC lower flange which is a longitudinally positioned concrete member including a stressed material inside to be prestressed; a pair of connection members including a vertical plate made of a steel material, formed in a vertical direction, and having a long coupling hole vertically perforated at predetermined longitudinal intervals, and a horizontal plate vertically bent in the bottom part of the vertical plate and having a plurality of stud bolts formed on a lower surface, wherein the stud bolts are buried on the upper surface of the PC lower flange to allow the lower surface of the horizontal plate to come in surface contact with the upper surface of the PC lower flange, and are disposed and coupled on both lateral upper sides of the PC lower flange to face each other; and a pair of steel flanges made of a vertical steel plate with a predetermined size, and having a coupling hole at a predetermined interval in a lower part to be coupled with the coupling hole of the vertical plate of the connection member by a bolt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
