The present invention relates to an apparatus for disposing pet excrements and a pet toilet including the same which can cleanly maintain the toilet for a pet dog when the dog defecates on excrement disposing paper by automatically removing the excrement disposing paper. The apparatus for disposing pet excrements comprises: a defecating plate for a pet dog to mount and defecate; excrement disposing paper covering the upper side of the defecating plate and having a length longer than the width of the defecating plate when excrements of the pet dog are located; a pet dog detector detecting a state when the pet dog mounts the defecating plate and getting off from the defecating plate; and a paper transfer unit installed on the edge of the defecating plate, and pulling the excrement disposing paper to the length of the upper surface of the defecating plate when the pet dog detector detects the pet dog getting off of the defecating plate, so a surface where no excrements are remained can cover the defecating plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
