According to the present invention, the flux cored arc welder for butt welding and a torch thereof aims to perform butt single side welding in which a cross section of welding of the welding base material is substantially V-shaped to dry an offshore structure. The vibration torch is seated on a carriage capable of automatically being driven; and the guide arm of the guide is made of a plurality of joints. The nozzle of the vibration torch is formed corresponding to the welding cross section of the welding base material. The frequency band of the vibration generator is able to be controlled by a control unit in a regular mode and a super-layer control mode. The use of the flux core arc welder and the torch for butt welding in accordance with the present invention has an advantage of being able to effectively prevent layered cracks in the welding portion of the welding base material and to achieve high efficiency welding.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
