The present invention relates to a method for producing a strawberry chou, and to a strawberry chou produced through the method. The method comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a mixture obtained by mixing egg white and sugar and another mixture obtained by mixing egg yolk and sugar, adding flour, baking powder, olive oil, and vanilla oil thereto to be mixed, and baking the same in an oven; (b) producing paste cream by mixing a mixture obtained by mixing egg, sugar, sorbitol, and flour with milk, margarine, vanilla oil, and rum; (c) producing a strawberry paste cream by adding sugar and sorbitol to strawberries, applying heat to melt sugar, and mixing starch, and boiling the same; and (d) feeding the produced paste cream of step (b) and the produced strawberry paste cream of step (c) onto the baked dough of step (a), and putting another piece of the baked dough of step (a) on the top end thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
