The present invention relates to a ladder for embarking and disembarking passengers. To this end, the present invention includes: a winch around which wire is wound; a pulley portion provided on a lower portion of an upper fixed board for changing a direction of the wire such that the pulley portion is rotatable; a hook provided on an end portion of the wire penetrating the pulley portion; and a stowing davit provided on a lower fixed board to be rotatable by a bracket and a spindle, wherein the hook is locked to a lug provided on an outer end portion of the stowing davit. Accordingly, the present invention enables an angle of use, i.e., a range of a minimum angle of a gangway ladder to be expanded and accordingly allows the ladder to be easily contacted irrespective of the height of an inner wall, as well as securing sufficient stability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
