According to the present invention, a welding structure laminated in order from a base material, an inconnel, 309MoL, and 316L comprises: a base material (100) which is a target to be welded and requires a crack or bonding; an inconnel (200) which is a heat resistant alloy fused on an upper surface of a crack portion or a bonded portion of the base material (100); stainless 309MoL (300) fused on an upper surface of a fused surface of the inconnel (200); and stainless 316L (400) fused on an upper surface of the fused surface of the 309MoL (300).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
