The present invention relates to an integrated monitoring system for establishing a social safety net of an elderly population and a method thereof, configured to support the living health and safe activities of the elderly through shoes equipped with sensors and to increase the management efficiency through monitoring. The integrated monitoring system for establishing a social safety net of an elderly population comprises: a data sensing module mounted on a user′s shoe to measure data necessary for health and safety management; a user′s mobile terminal for receiving the data necessary for health and safety management, including an activity amount and location information of the user sensed by the data sensing module, transmitting the data to an integrated monitoring system, and providing an analysis result obtained by analyzing the data by using an application installed therein; an integrated monitoring system for providing activity analysis and recommended activity information for monitoring via the sensor-mounted shoes, analyzing impact data and notifying an emergency, and analyzing location information and assisting data display; and a manager′s mobile terminal provided to a caregiver or an administrator who supports the living health and safety actives of the elderly to perform monitoring through the integrated monitoring system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
