The present invention relates to a rehabilitation unit and a lower body rehabilitation apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lower body rehabilitation apparatus comprises: a body supporting a hip part of a user; and two rehabilitation units connected to the body and performing rehabilitation movements with respect to legs of the user.
