Embodiments of the present invention provide a high-precision printing apparatus and a high-precision printing method, having a standby time before a working time and printing a sacrifice body during the standby time, thereby maintaining the magnitude of application voltage after the standby time at a stable operation voltage lower than an operation starting voltage, thus realizing stable printing. According to the present invention, in the high-precision printing apparatus, the standby time is assigned between a rest time and the working time, droplets are sacrificed on a sacrifice region during the standby time, and the droplets are ejected on a printing region of an object to be printed after the standby time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
