The present invention relates to a user interface method of a public transportation route guidance mobile application. According to the present invention, a server and a mobile device communicate with each other in real time. When a graphic route list for a set destination is displayed on a screen while a public transportation route guidance process is being executed for the set destination, if a user generates a clearing action event in a predetermined route column in the graphic route list, the way guidance process is updated by using the time when the clearing action occurs and current position information of the mobile device, thereby providing accurate route information with minimized uncertainty of public transportation to the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
