The present invention relates to a method for removing dynamic noises to recommend content, and a content recommending system using the same. The method comprises the steps of: reflecting at least one of a content evaluation viewpoint difference and content evaluated by a user as a weighted value; calculating grade distribution for each user; and removing noise data by comparing the distribution with a predetermined value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
