A cosmetic surgery medical system based on depth face recognition according to the present invention comprises: a face storing unit (100) for storing facial feature depth information; a depth image photographing unit (200) for photographing a facial depth image; a depth image correcting unit (300) for correcting a depth value error; a depth image rotating unit (400) for rotating and converting an image and aligning a face; a depth image extending unit (500) for extending and contracting a facial image; a face detecting unit (600) for extracting a depth image facial part; a facial feature extracting unit (700) for extracting a depth image facial feature; a facial feature comparing unit (800) for comparing the extracted feature with data stored in the face storing unit (100); a color image photographing unit (900) for acquiring a color image of a subject; a cosmetic surgery result calculating unit (910) for calculating depth information after a cosmetic surgical procedure; a face rendering unit (920) for rendering a calculation result to a 3D image; and a before-and-after cosmetic surgery image displaying unit (930) for comparing the image rendered by the face rendering unit (920) with an initial facial image and displaying the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
