The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring taste and odor components and a method for measuring taste and odor components using the same, wherein the apparatus comprises: a housing; a chamber extracting and separating a preset material from a liquid specimen in a gaseous phase; a water pump feeding the liquid specimen to the chamber; an absorption pipe absorbing and concentrating the preset material transported by a carrier gas; a cooling unit arranged between the chamber and the absorption pipe to remove moisture contained in the preset material; and a sensor measuring concentration of the preset material detached from the absorption pipe and transported. The present invention can automate a preprocessing procedure, for separating a measurement target material and removing impurities, to a concentration measurement procedure using the sensor without other special man power to perform a measurement operation without external influence, thereby being capable of obtaining more accurate result values. Also, the present invention can measure the taste and odor components by one apparatus, thereby being capable of saving time and costs needed for managing the apparatus. In addition, the present invention removes the moisture repetitively and selectively absorbs the measurement target material using a filling material to definitely remove the impurities mixed with the material and then perform the measurement operation, thereby being capable of obtaining accurate measurement values.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
