The present invention relates to a secured loan system and a secured loan method for integrally managing loans of a borrower generated with products as security. The secured loan system according to the present invention, in which a security remains even when real valuation amounts larger than loans of products are repaid and repayment of the loans is completed, comprises: a security establishment unit which establishes a security of a borrower by unit of products; a loan calculation unit which calculates real valuation amounts of a security corresponding to the established unit at the time of a loan, and calculates loans by applying a loan rate for the calculated real valuation amounts; a loan providing unit which provides the calculated loans; an unsecured establishment unit which establishes securing of the borrower by unit of securities; a repayment calculation unit which calculates repayments equal to or more than the real valuation amounts of the securing-established loans; and a loan unsecured unit which secures the loan establishment as much as the unit of the corresponding securities when the repayment is confirmed. According to the present invention, repayment is performed by repayments exceeding loans, the total loans are integrally managed, the integrity of loans is maintained, and loans are terminated early.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
