The present invention relates to a hybrid fiber reinforced composite with increased fiber volume fraction and a manufacturing method thereof. The hybrid fiber reinforced composite comprises a base, a first fiber having a first diameter contained in the base and a second fiber having a second diameter contained in the base. The first diameter is larger than the second diameter. The hybrid fiber reinforced composite is manufactured by mixing fibers having different diameters so fiber volume fraction is improved compared to existing arranged and the weight and the thickness of the composite can be reduced while enduring the same load.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
