The method for manufacturing a hybrid ceramic fiber-reinforced composite material, according to the present invention, involves using basalt fibers or carbon fibers to impregnate a resin, and thereby produce a basalt prepreg or carbon prepreg, forming the basalt prepreg or carbon prepreg unidirectionally at an orientation angle of 0-90, and stacking the prepregs on one another, to produce a ceramic fiber-reinforced composite material which is environmentaly friendly, highly functional, and inexpensive to produce, and has excellent mechanical properties. Also, since a hybrid ceramic fiber-reinforced composite material, according to the present invention, has basalt prepregs and carbon prepregs stacked on one another in multiple layers, and the carbon prepreg is stacked at an orientation angle of 0-90 with respect to the basalt prepreg; the use of carbon prepreg, which is costly to produce, can be reduced while maintaining excellent flame resistance, tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus; and thus the hybrid ceramic fiber-reinforced composite material can be used in various fields in which flexible materials are used.
