The present invention relates to a conditioned reflex speaking training device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the conditioned reflex speaking training device comprises: an input part into which a user inputs a time for taking a test; a random part randomly setting sequences of predetermined sentences making up content; and a recording part recording answers of the user for each of the sentences that the sequences are randomly changed.
