The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cleansing cosmetics in a powder type comprising a tablet or a capsule form which provides a hygienic use of cleansing cosmetics and a convenient portability. The method comprises: an aqueous layer measuring step (a) for measuring the content of moisture in purified water; an oil layer measuring step (b) for measuring the content of oil in moisturizing oils or waxes; a heating step (c) which heats the aqueous layer in other container, then heats the oil layer; an emulsifying step (d) which mixes the aqueous layer and the oil layer when the temperatures of the two layers are identical to each other; an additive putting step (e) which adds various functional raw materials to the mixed raw material and emulsifies the same; a flavor adding step (f) which adds a flavor of an essential oil to the mixed raw material where the additives are mixed; a molding step (g) which puts the emulsified formulation into molds having various shapes and molds a shape of the formulation as a specific shape; a formulation maintaining step (h) which fixes a mold-shaped form by removing moisture and pressing the same and maintains the shape; and a cosmetic packaging step (i) which packages cosmetics in the formulation shape in a plastic shrinking wrapping way or a capsule wrapping way.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
