The present invention relates to a TRU with a high power SSPA module for miniaturization and lightweight. The TRU with a high power SSPA module for miniaturization and lightweight according to the present invention has a heat dissipating structure which is designed to mount a plurality of high power TRMs on a flat plate in a tile manner, is designated to mount a plurality of high power SSPA modules stacked on the flat plate to manufacture the TRU, dissipates heat generated by integrating a large number of heat sources with high density to secure the thermal stability of a system.
