The present invention relates to a branched nucleic acid nanostructure to improve efficiency of fluorescence analysis using flow cytometry, a manufacturing method thereof and a simultaneous analysis method of various samples using the same. If fluorescent substances having the same fluorescent are marked, by providing a branched nucleic acid nanostructure marked with combinations excluding a combination capable of changing the number of fluorescent substances, an economical method capable of maximizing analysis performance of flow cytometry using the same is provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
