Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a composite sandwich structure using a 3D printer and a hand lay-up method, and a system thereof. The method for manufacturing a composite sandwich structure comprises the following steps: cutting a glass fiber fabric to form upper and lower face bars; manufacturing a core material by using the 3D printer; laminating the cut glass fiber fabric in the hand lay-up method; applying a base material to the glass fiber fabric, and vacuuming the entire laminate using a vacuum film; and performing oven molding or room-temperature molding according to a material molding cycle and applying vacuum. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when manufacturing the sandwich structure, it is possible to manufacture the sandwich structure having a shape which is extremely difficult or impossible to be made by machining.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
