The present invention relates to a novel polypeptide selectively coupled with immunoglobulin G of a mouse or a rabbit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polypeptide coupled with immunoglobulin G of a mouse or a rabbit; a polynucleotide for coding the polypeptide; an expression vector including the polynucleotide; a transformant having the expression vector introduced thereto; a method for producing the polypeptide by using the transformant; and an immunoassay composition including the polypeptide. The novel polypeptide according to the present invention is specifically coupled with immunoglobulin G of a mouse or a rabbit, substitutes conventional high price secondary immunoglobulin G, and can be used for various biological immunoassay methods. Also, by using a hybrid of the polypeptide and the immunoglobulin G of the present invention, various immune-sensors/immune-chips can be produced, and a drug can be usefully screened.
