The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing pine pollen salt having inhibited allergenicity and pine pollen salt manufactured by the same. The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing pine pollen salt, which enables useful nutrients of pine pollen powder and salt to be absorbed in an easy manner and does not cause allergy regardless of physical constitution, and pine pollen salt manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing pine pollen salt comprises: a separating and removing step of heating dehydrated salt at high temperatures of 780-805°C, agitating the dehydrated salt, and removing harmful ingredients; a cooling step of cooling the salt from which the harmful ingredients have been removed at 15-25°C; and a coating step of mixing and agitating the cooled salt and the pine pollen powder. The pine pollen powder is mixed and agitated with salt after skin of the pine pollen powder is completely crushed by: a drying step of collecting fresh pine pollen and drying the same; a collecting step of selecting and collecting pine pollen powder from the dried pine pollen; and a skin crushing step of crushing skin of the pine pollen powder by inserting the pine pollen powder in a high-speed crushing machine and crushing the pine pollen powder at 5,000 rpm or faster for 40-90 minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
