The present invention relates to a patent review report enabling a user to perform an objective review and, more specifically, to a patent review report which satisfies readability in both a PC and a mobile device and can provide an objective patent review result, compared to a prior art, in an effective and detailed manner. The patent review report of the present invention comprises: a first section including bibliography of a patent review; a second section for summarizing details of an invention to be reviewed; a third section for summarizing each of several details of the prior art; a fourth section for comprehensively comparing the invention to be reviewed to a plurality of the prior arts; and a fifth section for providing a preferable patent application method based on the comparison in the fourth section.
