The present invention relates to a composition of a material capable of blocking radon gas, formaldehyde, and VOCs emission. The composition comprises: 40-80 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion; 500-550 times higher parts by weight of TICl4 compared to pure water; 1-20 parts by weight of one or more selected from the group consisting of ammonia, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, and sodium carbonate; 0.01-5 parts by weight of one selected from the group consisting of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, lactic acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid, and formic acid; 0.1-13 parts by weight of EDTA-Na; and 10-35 parts by weight of an indium tin oxide (ITO) ion solution. A radon gas can be shielded, and multi-functionality such as an antibacterial deodorizing function and a far-infrared ray radiation function can be ensured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
