The present invention relates to an implant-abutment connection structure between an implant fixture referred to as an implant and an abutment, an engagement part provided on one side of the implant and a hanging part of the abutment engaged with the engagement part have a conical design being in contact in a tapered shape, so that when vertical force is applied to the abutment, the abutment is tightly engaged with the implant and is tightly connected, and an elastic part connects the implant with the abutment together, wherein the elastic part does not prevent the abutment and the implant from inserting thereinto and connecting thereto without any gap. Thus, according to the present invention, when the vertical force is applied, the abutment is tightly engaged with the implant to be connected without any gap, and the elastic part does not prevent the abutment and the implant from inserting thereinto and connecting thereto without any gap. Also, abutments are easily separated from the implant when an operator applies external force of a certain level or more.
