The present invention relates to a device for packaging agricultural and marine products to maintain freshness, and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention increases oxygen content of air or water injected into a packaging material in a process of packaging an agricultural product or a marine product to delay degradation of a quality of agricultural and marine products, and maintains freshness for a long time to preferably preserve survivability and vitality of the agricultural and marine products.
