The present invention relates to a fatigue analysis method of a cutout panel model using a relation between a maximum and minimum principal stresses includes: a step of acquiring data with respect to a ratio of a sample peak principal stress in accordance with a ratio of a sample principle stress of the model including an open hole; a step of acquiring an interaction formula with respect to the ratio of the sample peak principal stress in accordance with the ratio of the sample principal stress by performing curve fitting using data; a step of calculating the peak principal stress with respect to load conditions by a finite-element analysis of the model; a step of calculating the ratio of the peak principal stress with respect to the load conditions, and then acquiring the ratio of the corresponding principal stress based on the interaction formula; a step of calculating a reference stress and a stress concentration factor based on the ratio of the principal stress and the ratio of the peak principal stress; and a step of performing a fatigue analysis of the model based on the reference stress and the stress concentration factor. The fatigue analysis method of the cutout panel model using the relation between the maximum and minimum principal stresses in accordance with the present invention is capable of saving time and resources by calculating the stress concentration factor based on the relation between the maximum and minimum principal stresses without performing an existing method, and then calculating the principal stress based on the stress concentration factor; thereby obtaining an effect of improving efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
