Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for analyzing a riding posture of a riding simulator. According to the present invention, an apparatus for analyzing a riding posture of a riding simulator comprises: a motion sensing unit sensing motion information of the riding simulator and a rider ridding on the riding simulator; an operation controlling unit controlling operation of the riding simulator; a simulator posture detecting unit detecting posture information of the riding simulator from the sensed motion information; a rider posture detecting unit detecting posture information of the rider from the sensed motion information; and a riding posture analyzing unit analyzing the posture of the rider based on any one of a reference posture model corresponding to operation information of the riding simulator and the posture information of the riding simulator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
