The present invention relates to a drone assembly to control a payload in accordance with the number of sub drone modules, fixating and installing the required number of sub drone modules on a chassis frame in accordance with the required payload to control each sub drone module in a central control device, thereby performing flight of the drone assembly; and a central flight control means and method of the sub drone module. According to the present invention, the drone assembly comprises: a sub drone module means (8) having a plurality of drone rotor units wherein a propeller is installed; a drone chassis frame means (7) to install the plurality of sub drone module means (8) in accordance with a designated payload; a flange means (9) to fixate the plurality of sub drone module means (8) in the drone chassis frame means (7); a central flight control means (10) as a master to control each sub drone module means (8); a connector means (12) to connect each sub drone module means (8) to the central flight control means (10) as the master; and a power supply means (11) to supply required power to a drone.
