The present invention relates to a heat treatment method of a diffusion bonded nickel-based super heat resisting alloy, heat treating a diffusion bonded body of a nickel-based super heat resisting alloy to solidify a precipitate of a bonding surface and move a grain boundary. The nickel-based super heat resisting alloy comprises: 20.5-23.0 wt% of chromium (Cr); 17.0-20.0 wt% of iron (Fe); 8.0-10.0 wt% of molybdenum (Mo); 0.5-2.5 wt% of cobalt (Co); 0.2-1.0 wt% of tungsten (W); 0.05-0.15 wt% of carbon (C); and the balance of nickel (Ni). Heat treatment comprises: a step of increasing the temperature of the diffusion bonded body at 1100-1200 C under a vacuum conduction; a step of maintaining the diffusion bonded body at 1100-1200 C for a half hour to two hours; and a step of cooling the diffusion bonded body at 10-30 C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
