PURPOSE: A method for heat-treating the diffused junction nickel-based alloy is provided to improve the micro-structure and the mechanical property of the junction surface of a nickel-based alloy, bonded by the diffused junction, equal to a base material. CONSTITUTION: A method for heat-treating the diffused junction nickel-based alloy comprises the step of growing the crystal grain on a junction surface by heat-treating the diffused junction body of Haynes 230 which is a nickel-based alloy under the high temperature and pressure. The heat-treatment process performs the following steps: heating the diffused junction body at the temperature rising speed of 3 to 6 C/min from the room temperature to 950 to 1050C; heating the heated diffused junction body at the temperature rising speed of 0.5 to 2 C/min up to 1150 to 1250C; maintaining the heated diffused junction body for 90 to 110 hours at 1150 to 1250C; and cooling the heated diffused junction body at the room temperature.
