The present invention relates to a self assembled polymer electrolyte composite structure of a multi-pole reactive ABC type triple block copolymer and its application. The triple block copolymer-based hydrogel solution according to the present invention formed a self-assembled core by electrostatic interactions of positively and negatively charged polymer blocks below the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) The block and the hydrophilic polymer block formed a hydrophilic bridge in the hydrogel solution. On the other hand, above the lower limit critical solution temperature (LCST), the stimulable polymer block was phase-transformed to reform the core around the hydrophobic domain. Such an increase in hydrophobic interaction enhanced the hydrogen bonding between the hydrophilic polymer blocks, To form an enhanced hydrogel. Therefore, the hydrogel of the present invention can be utilized as a core technology in the field of tissue engineering such as a scaffold, a drug delivery system, and the like as a dynamic hydrogel which responds to pH and temperature conditions.
