The present invention relates to a self-assembled polyelectrolyte complex hydrogel of a reducing ABA type triple block copolymer with multiple irritation reactivity and its application. The triple block copolymer-based hydrogel according to the present invention was self-assembled by electrostatic interactions of positively charged and negatively charged polymer blocks to form a core. The lower limit critical solution temperature of the stimuli-reactive polymer block LCST), the hydrogels were reversibly formed by phase transition. In addition, the disulfide bonds in the irritant reactive hyperbranched blocks were decomposed into thiol groups under reducing conditions and showed a structural change to decompose into the former double block copolymer-based micelles. Therefore, the hydrogel of the present invention can be utilized as a core technology in the field of tissue engineering such as a scaffold, a drug delivery system and the like as a dynamic hydrogel in response to pH, temperature, and oxidation-reduction conditions.
