The present invention relates to a device for checking health capable of performing screening test of arteriosclerosis using molecular biological indexes such as intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) in salvia. A salvia test is noninvasive and can be collected by ordinary people compared to existing blood tests. Accordingly, period self-screening test is possible; time and manpower consumed in the test can be minimized; and costs can be reduced.
