According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for predicting an individual disease includes: a receiving unit for receiving a signal to inquiry a disease prediction result from a user; a disease analyzing and integrating device for receiving a disease history from a database in response to the received signal, and generating disease road map data by analyzing the received disease history; a disease road map comparator for generating the disease prediction result on a disease having a possibility of outbreak afterwards on the basis of the generated disease road map data; and a display unit for displaying the generated disease prediction result.
