PRIMER SET FOR DISTINGUISHING GUMPOONG (GINSENG CULTIVAR) AND HWANGSOOK (NATIVE GINSENG), AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a primer set for distinguishing gumpoong (ginseng cultivar) and hwangsook (native ginseng), comprising an oligonucleotide primer set represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2, an oligonucleotide primer set represented by SEQ ID NO: 3 and 4, and an oligonucleotide primer set represented by SEQ ID NO: 5 and 6; a kit comprising the primer set; a method for distinguishing gumpoong and hwangsook using the primer set; and to a method for distinguishing the original cultivar of gumpoong or hwangsook in a group of samples. The method for distinguishing gumpoong and hwangsook uses a group of pooled samples for analysis, and shortens the effort, time, and costs for the analysis. Also, the method contributes to develop ginseng seed industry and to establish a transparent and reliable distribution system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
