The present invention relates to a flat panel display driver chip and a substrate structure including the same.In the present invention, the ESD resistance is removed by modifying the conventional structure, and a metal layer directly connected to the driver buffer and the output mux is formed to improve the heat dissipation efficiency.Accordingly, the display driver chip according to the present invention can reliably emit heat through the output signal line, so that the problem caused by the high heat generated in the chip can be solved at no additional cost.
