A template having openings is bonded onto the substrate at a high temperature and a high pressure. As the template is attached to the metal layer of the substrate at high temperature and high pressure, the metal of the metal layer is clustered. The metal at the position corresponding to the opening is clustered and remains on the substrate to form a metal pattern.
