Provided is a gasification apparatus having a pyrolysis gas circulation structure, wherein a production process has been improved into an efficient process in order to easily produce syngas. The gasification apparatus having a pyrolysis gas circulation structure comprises: a reaction furnace which comprises a first region configured such that fuel including a carbonaceous material is dried, a second region configured such that the dried fuel is carbonized, and a third region configured such that a carbon component of the fuel and a supplied reactant are subjected to oxidation and reduction by heat and generate syngas including hydrogen and carbon monoxide; a fuel introduction part which is formed in an upper portion of the reaction furnace; a fuel waste discharge part which is formed in a bottom of the reaction furnace; a gas discharge conduit through which the syngas generated in the reaction furnace is discharged from the reaction furnace; a first nozzle which is disposed in the third region of the reaction furnace, and which supplies pyrolysis gas including moisture to the reaction furnace; and a circulation conduit which connects the first nozzle to the first region or second region, and which provides pyrolysis gas of the first region or second region including moisture to the first nozzle.
