The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a diluted Dutch coffee beverage by installing an extraction apparatus in an extraction chamber sealed from the outside, and inserting ground coffee and extraction water into the extraction apparatus to manufacture a raw Dutch coffee liquid. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: installing an ozone generator in the extraction chamber, and maintaining the inside of the extraction chamber in a sterilizing environment and sterilizing the extraction apparatus by ozone generated from the ozone generator; using the ozone generator to manufacture ozone water; storing the ozone water at room temperature for two hours or longer to maintain an ozone content with a range of 0.1 to 2 mg/L; supplying the ozone water to the extraction apparatus; extracting the raw Dutch coffee liquid with the extraction apparatus while maintaining the inside of the extraction chamber in the sterilizing environment by the ozone generated from the ozone generator; inserting the extracted raw Dutch coffee liquid into a mixer and mixing purified water in a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10 with respect to the raw Dutch coffee liquid to manufacturing a diluted Dutch coffee beverage; bottling the manufactured diluted Dutch coffee beverage; sterilizing the bottled diluted Dutch coffee beverage at 100 to 150C for 5 to 30 seconds; and cooling the sterilized diluted Dutch coffee beverage.
