Disclosed is a hybrid power supply system composed of a fuel cell and a secondary battery. The hybrid power supply system composed of a fuel cell and a secondary battery, includes: a load which receives power provided from the fuel cell and the secondary battery; a DC-DC converter which drops a DC voltage of the fuel cell; a power converting unit which controls the output power of the fuel cell to gradationally increase; and a battery charging unit which operates to charge the secondary battery from the fuel cell according to a charging condition. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain a fast response property and provide an output suitable for a property of a load which a robot requires.
