The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a tandem solar cell capable of maximizing the efficiency of an upper cell without deterioration of a lower cell. There is provided a method of manufacturing a tandem solar cell by forming a lower cell on a substrate and sequentially forming at least one upper cell on the lower cell, wherein, in a process of forming the upper cell, a step of forming a light absorption layer of the upper cell includes the steps of: forming a molybdenum layer on a separate temporary substrate; forming a CIGS layer on the molybdenum layer; separating the molybdenum layer and the CIGS layer from each other; and attaching the separated CIGS layer. According to the present invention, after the light absorption layer of the upper cell of the tandem solar cell is separately formed and separated and attached to the lower cell, the lower cell may be prevented from being deteriorated in the process of forming the upper cell. Further, the light absorption layer of the upper cell may be formed under the process condition in which the conversion efficiency of the upper cell is maximized.
