The present invention provides a perilla oil pressor and a manufacturing method thereof made by covering cleaned and stone-removed sesame with writing paper, sequentially arrange a buffer material and a metal plate, respectively, above and under the sesame, placing the writing paper on a support, and compressing the sesame with a compression rod. The perilla oil is milked by gradually ascending and descending the pressure of a press 0 to 680 kgf/cm^3 for a 5-7 minutes, and maintaining 680 kgf/cm^3 or less of pressure for about 9-11 minutes. An overall process of manufacturing perilla oil is omitted, thereby giving any transformation to effective component of the sesame, thus milking perilla oil with improved flavor.
