A food garbage disposal device, installed in a lower part of a sink to dispose of food garbage, comprises: a food inserting part including an inlet to insert food, and a food filter on an inner surface; a water cap opening or closing the inlet; a drain member discharging water, discharged through the food filter, to the outside; an upper case including a microorganism spray device storing microorganisms, and providing the stored microorganisms during a food decomposing procedure; a lower case equipped with a rotating shaft of a stirring wing to stir the food with the microorganisms, collecting and discharging the decomposed food and decomposing water, and having a curved side; a lower filter placed in a lower part of the stirring wing, installed in the lower case, and including a punch part which is a route for the decomposed food and decomposing water to move to a bottom of the lower case; a solenoid valve controlling an amount of water supplied to a water spray device installed in the upper case; and a control part controlling an amount of microorganisms by controlling the microorganism spray device and controlling an amount of water by controlling the solenoid valve and the water spray device.
