METHOD FOR GROWING ONIONS AND ONION LEAVES

The present invention relates to a method for growing onion. More specifically, the method comprise the steps of: (a) making onion dormant; (b) canceling the dormant state of the onion; (c) planting the dormant-canceled onion in a field; (d) dividing the stem and the roots of the onion by growing the planted onion; and (e) harvesting the divided stems and roots. According to the present invention, compared to a conventional method for growing onion, a growing season is not limited, and a growing period is short. Also, the harvest amount of onion can be remarkably increased, so the income of agricultural farms can be increased. Moreover, the stems and the leaves of onion can be stably supplied, and thus various profits can be created through onion.
