The present invention provides a transfer trolley for coal yard arranging equipment, which includes: a body (110) including a first wheel (111) installed in a lower side to be moved along a rail (10), and a second wheel (112) installed on the other lower side to be moved along the ground; a support (130) placed to be vertically rotated around a rotational shaft (120), formed on an upper side of the body (110), so that arranging equipment (A) is able to move to the upper part of the body (110) for loading or move to a designated position for unloading; an operating member (140) formed on a side of the body (110) to vertically rotate the support (130); and a centroid control member (200) installed on a side of the body (110) to control centroid depending on a movement position of the arranging equipment (A). The present invention is capable of improving work efficiency by moving and loading or unloading the arranging equipment in a designated position and quickly transferring the arranging equipment while moving along the rail without interference. Moreover, the present invention is capable of securing stability during the loading or unloading of the arranging equipment by controlling the centroid as well as preventing accidents by fixing the arranging equipment. The present invention is capable of fixing the transfer trolley, moving along the rail, to a designated position.
