The present invention relates to a method for producing a salmon nucleic acid film, and to a medicine injecting device using the salmon nucleic acid film. The salmon nucleic acid film can prevent skin troubles and improve skin penetration of a medicine by being applied to a transdermal delivery scheme depending on the diffusion of a medicine across skin. To this end, the method comprises: a mixing step of producing a mixed liquid by feeding 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of salmon nucleic acid in a powder type to 100 parts by weight of distilled water or deionized water; an agitating step of agitating the mixed liquid from the mixing step; a mixed liquid coating step of coating the mixed liquid on a mold corresponding to the shape of a completed salmon nucleic acid film; and a drying step of drying the mixed liquid coated on the mold to change the mixed liquid coated on the mold into a salmon nucleic acid film.
