The present invention relates to health food for women which contains Leonurus japonicus Houtt. as a main ingredient and, specifically, to health food for women to reduce menstrual irregularity and menstrual pain, which contains: fermented Leonurus japonicus Houtt. which was manufactured by inoculating Aspergillus oryzae to the Leonurus japonicus Houtt. and fermenting the same; a combined concentrate of Leonurus japonicus Houtt. which comprises a Leonurus japonicus Houtt. extract, a dong quai extract, a cnidium extract, and a Rehmannia glutinosa extract; and oats as active ingredients. The health food for women to reduce menstrual irregularity and menstrual pain which contains the fermented Leonurus japonicus Houtt., combined concentrate of Leonurus japonicus Houtt., and oats is excellent at reducing menstrual irregularity and menstrual pain.
